With over 16 years of dedicated experience in the health and social care sector, Mel is a highly accomplished Registered Manager with a proven track record in leading both residential and domiciliary care services. Beginning her career as a support worker, Mel has worked her way up through the ranks, gaining extensive hands-on experience and a deep, practical understanding of the complexities and demands of person-centred care.
Throughout her career, Mel has demonstrated a strong commitment to service excellence, consistently delivering high-quality care that meets the individual needs, preferences, and dignity of each client. I am an award-winning CQC Registered Manager with experience dating back to 2009, working across both domiciliary care providers and residential care homes within Cambridgeshire. Prior to entering the care sector, I spent eight years in the recruitment industry—experience that has proven invaluable, as effective staff recruitment is fundamental to the success of any care provider.
I have worked with both social services and private clients and have a strong understanding of how to develop and grow businesses in these areas. I possess extensive knowledge of CQC requirements and have hands-on experience managing notifications, preparing for inspections (twice at Allied Healthcare and once at Merit Homecare), and embedding the KLOEs into everyday operational practice to drive quality and compliance.

With over 25 years of experience in the care sector, Becky brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and compassion to her role as Training and Compliance Manager at Trinity Care. Her career began as a care assistant in a residential care home, where her dedication to delivering high-quality, person-centred care quickly set her apart.
Over the years, she progressed into leadership roles, including Team Leader, where she not only supported residents but also mentored and guided her colleagues.
Recognising her talent for education and commitment to best practices, Becky became an in-house Moving and Handling and First Aid trainer, helping staff deliver care safely and effectively. Her passion for professional development has been a constant theme throughout her career.
After 14 years in residential care, Becky broadened her expertise by working as a dispenser in a pharmacy. There, she gained valuable insight into medication management and administration — a skill set that would later enhance her effectiveness in more complex care environments.
She went on to become a Care Services Customer Partner, working with over 40 care homes to ensure the timely delivery of essential medications. In this role, she built strong partnerships with care staff, provided ongoing support, and helped maintain safe, compliant medication practices.
Becky's journey with Trinity Care began by coordinating agency carers for care homes, before moving into domiciliary care, where she supported the management team with client assessments, care planning, medication audits, and risk management. Her deep understanding of care standards and regulatory requirements led to her current leadership position.
Now as Training and Compliance Manager, Becky oversees staff training, delivers face-to-face sessions, and ensures all operations align with CQC standards, policies, and local authority guidelines. She works closely with the Registered Manager to maintain full regulatory compliance, while supporting staff in delivering the highest quality of care.

Mathews brings over 17 years of extensive experience in the retail industry, having worked with a leading multinational retail company across India and the UK. Throughout his career, he has held diverse and impactful roles, including HR In Charge, Project In Charge, Mall Manager, and Business Development Manager. His expertise spans people management, project execution, operations oversight, and strategic business growth.
After a successful retail career, Mathews transitioned into the care industry by joining Trinity Care in 2021. Currently serving as a Team Leader, he plays a key role in managing day-to-day operations, supporting staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents.
His leadership is centred on fostering a compassionate, safe, and supportive environment while maintaining operational efficiency. Mathews’ adaptability, combined with his international experience, enables him to bring fresh perspectives and strong management skills to the care sector, making him an asset to both his team and the people they serve.

A professionally qualified Social Worker having completed her Master’s specialising in mental health, her career has spanned hospital settings in India, Dubai and for the past three years in the UK’s healthcare sector.
In the UK, Sajini has focused on supporting elderly and vulnerable individuals, both in care homes and private settings. She is deeply committed to maintaining dignity, respect, and a person-centred approach in all aspects of care. Her expertise includes creating and implementing personalised care plans, supporting individuals with dementia, and working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams to meet each person’s physical, emotional, and social needs.
Driven by her vision, Sajini aspires to create a care environment where clients feel empowered to express themselves and thrive in their daily lives. In her role, she mentors and supports her team to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
